There is no additional charge for services added onto your session, if it fits within the reserved time! If services are added onto your appointment which require additional time, you will be charged by the type of session your extra time will fall in. Your stylist will keep you informed of any services that will add time.

I acknowledge that chemical services such as dying and bleaching can cause damage to my hair, breakage, allergic or chemical reactions.

I acknowledge the risks and will not hold Hair Boss Salon or the stylist performing the service liable in any capacity. Our highly trained professionals will work to ensure all safety precautions are followed, and can perform a patch test at your request. Please notify your stylist of any past reactions to color, or sensitivities that you are aware of!*

I acknowledge that not all color goals can be achieved in one session. Your stylist will discuss with you a plan for your hair if you need multiple sessions.

I understand that the temporary stages of the process are necessary to safely achieve the desired results. Your stylist can discuss with you the expectations on results for each session. Not achieving ideal results in one session if we recommend more time be booked or multiple sessions, is made clear upfront, and is understood that this doesn’t constitute or warrant a corrective service if you are not satisfied with the results of your color while in transition.*

Should you not be completely satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within one week so that we may ensure that we address your concerns. If your stylist isn’t successful in making you completely satisfied with your results, you can request to see a new stylist!

I relinquish the right to publicly exploit the matter on all social and public platforms, and agree to resolve all matters with us directly.*

There are no refunds. Should you not be completely satisfied, we ask you to please contact us within one week so that we may ensure that we address your concerns and book you in for a color adjustment service.*

I acknowledge that coloring the hair is subject to gradual fading with each wash and will require upkeep to maintain color and tone.

We recommend Davines Minu Shampoo/Conditioner to use after your color services to elongate your color. Wait 48 hours before washing your new color. Use a Heat Shield before using hot tools. Water filters to soften the water are useful in preventing color fading.*

I acknowledge that Hair Boss Salon charges a 50% non refundable deposit for reserving appointments and requires 48 hours notice to reschedule appointments.

If a last minute cancellation occurs, I accept the $100 fee for the time reserved in the schedule.*
