By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Please review carefully.
Deposits & Payments
All deposits are nonrefundable and a 50% deposit is required for all services booked.
For hair extension purchases, payment in full is required upfront and all sales are final.
Late Arrival Policy
Timely arrival is essential, as appointments are scheduled back-to-back.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may forfeit their appointment and will be subject to last-minute cancellation fees.
Additional late fees of $50 per 15 minutes may apply if we are able to accommodate the delay.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any color or extension appointment.
•Late cancellations for services 1 hour or longer will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit toward the missed appointment.
•For appointments without a deposit, a card on file is required and will be charged accordingly in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
•No-call, no-show appointments will result in 100% loss of the deposit.
Appointment Preparation
Please arrive with clean, dry hair for all hair extension installations or Tune-Up appointments, unless a Wash + Blowout or color service has been scheduled beforehand.
